Q: How many wigs can fit in each Wigmanteau?

A: WigSecured recommends one wig per Wigmanteau.

Q: What length of hair goes in the Long and Short versions?

A: Long:

  • Wigs up to 28”
  • Straight extensions up to 28”
  • Wavy extensions up to 30”
  • Curly extensions up to 34”

A: Short

  • Wigs up to 14”
  • Straight hair extensions upto 16”
  • Wavy extensions up to 18”
  • Curly extensions up to 22”

Q: What’s the difference between the Classic and the Soie?

A: The Classic has a viewing area made of plastic and the Soie is fully satin-lined. Both options protect your investment and were created to cater to your personal hair, storage, and travel needs.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of the Wigmanteaus, all products are final sale except if defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Should you receive defective, damaged or the wrong product, please email our customer service team at info@wigsecured.com within 24 hours of receipt and include photo(s) of the product(s) and we will gladly replace the items for you.

This Return Policy is applicable to all items on this site.

Exchanges

Due to the nature of the use of the products on the site, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time.

Shipping & Processing

All items will process within 3 business days unless otherwise indicated (e.g. pre-orders).

WigSecured reserves the right to select the postal carrier for any orders that qualify for free shipping.

  • INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: PLEASE ALLOW 4-5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PROCESSING AND UP TO 15 BUSINESS DAYS FOR DELIVERY.
